REFUND POLICY

  1. If we do not deliver flowers on time, the customer has the right to a full refund.
  2. If you are not satisfied with your flowers due to bouquet was damaged during delivery or the bouquet did not arrive we guaranty full refund.
  3. If the provided delivery address is incorrect, We return the package until further notice from the sender.
